Tony Goodwin is an award winning sales trainer and keynote speaker who excels at identifying core sales and management challenges and implementing transformative growth strategies.

 

With a background in technology and manufacturing, Tony spent many years as Chief Executive of a private equity backed technology firm selling and delivering high profile projects to blue chip companies - gaining first hand experience managing, coaching and growing sales teams.

 

Frustrated with the lack of predictability of the sales and business development process, Tony stumbled across the Sandler concept and he knew the counter-intuitive, systematic process for selling would provide the predictable success for which he was looking for - an alternative selling solution to the very traditional sales process in which the buyer and seller become entrenched in a power struggle.

 

Tony’s goal is to help individuals and organisations increase top-line revenue by working with their sales, customer care and management departments to create successful business development culture.

 

Working with companies and entrepreneurs who are serious about growing sales, he lives by the maxim “you can grow your sales – without selling your dignity”.
