Tell us about your business, what is it your company does, and what makes it special?

Beckhams Property Services are a small Consultancy based in Forest Hill Lewisham. Between us, we have qualified EPC specialists, Health and Safety Consultants and Construction Project Managers. We’re different, as we also operate as an Estate Agency, meaning we can facilitate projects from inception, all the way to completion, ensuring our Clients have one point of contact for all of their construction and property needs.

Where do you get advice, support or help?

We tend to rely on our Industry Business Partners to provide advice where our Team lacks experience. The Lewisham Construction Hub are always available to call and if they know someone who can help, will point us in the right direction.

Why did you join Lewisham Construction Hub and what do you use it for?

To connect with like-minded industry professionals and we appreciate the Hub’s updates on what is going on in the industry.

What has been your biggest achievement so far?

We have recently won a contract to act as Principal Designers for the University of Leicester on a number of projects. We are currently overseeing works such as the strip and fit out of new lecture theatres, student accommodation modernisation works and upgrades to canteen services.
